02 / Pack & pickup
Picked up when you’re ready.
Pack at home, then schedule a pickup. We take the packed bins to storage.
- Never stacked.Your bin gets its own secure shelf position in our van and an individual rack position in our warehouse.
- Sealed for you to open.We seal and track your bin at pickup. Only you remove its serialized tamper-evident seal when it comes back.
- Bonded employees only.While your bin is with us, only bonded Binnit employees handle it.
- Protected around the clock.Our climate-controlled warehouse has 24/7 camera monitoring and fire suppression.
- $500 tamper guarantee.If the seal is broken before your bin is returned, we pay you $500 immediately.

Request your bins back. Standard next-day or 4+ hour window returns are free.

We come to your address for drop-off and pickup, then bring the bins back when you request them. Available in select Vancouver and Burnaby areas; check your address when booking.
Delivery hours: 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

Fall offer: New customers who book by Nov 30, 2026 receive a $250 credit toward storage. Unused credit rolls over and is available for up to six months. Pickup fees are charged separately at $10 + $2/bin. Storage charges above the remaining credit and after it expires are billed at standard rates. 90-day storage minimum. Faster service costs extra.
